Project Oceanology is seeking seeking a dynamic Marine Science Educator / Resident Supervisor to join our staff. Our team educates about 25,000 students, summer campers, and members of the public each year. This part-time position combines marine science education responsibilities with a residential staff assignment that requires on-site presence to support the
safety, security, and efficient operation of overnight programs.
COLLEGE INTERNSHIPS - SUMMER CAMP
Project Oceanology is seeking energetic, enthusiastic college students to work at our summer camp and support hands-on marine science programming. Ideal candidates enjoy science, the outdoors, and working with youth in an educational camp setting. Applicants should have a strong interest in ocean and environmental science and be pursuing a degree in education, marine science, or a related field. Under the guidance of camp directors, interns will:

Supervise summer campers (age 9 through 17) during all activities, free time, and meals.

Assist with medication administration (training provided).

Co-develop and teach lessons under the instruction of Project Oceanology educators.

Provide a safe, supportive, and friendly learning environment.
