Trip Description
Understanding food webs can help us understand the interactions between different species in our oceans. In this lesson, students will work in small teams to build food chains using animals commonly found in Long Island Sound. Using each food chain, students will work together to build a larger food web model and observe the complex relationships that exist between and within the simpler food chains.
