Lesley serves as Administrative Manager at Project Oceanology, where she leads our program scheduling, human resources, and facility operations to ensure our staff and programs are well supported.

Lesley joined Project Oceanology in 2018, bringing extensive experience in organizational support, client relations and education. Her career background includes roles as a Pension Specialist for a national insurance company, a Social Skills Educator for K-12 students, and Director of Operations for a local youth camp.

Passionate about both people and place, Lesley has found her niche with Project Oceanology, connecting education with a love for the ocean community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, boating, and any activity with her grandchildren that connects them to nature and the ocean!
